As part of TEK^©® with the help of Reconstructional Kinesiology Defusion Procedure the issues that have caused our fragmentation can be discovered – times when a part of us has been ripped from us, which makes it impossible for us to be identical with who we used to be.

We leave parts of who we are: agony, a painful divorce, the death of someone we love, love full of despair, physical pain cuts something off from us or sticks us to an event in the past.

If this has happened to us, in a similar situation we tend to behave like we once did – like a child who re-lives the pain that he/she felt when he/she was in the original situation.

Reconstruction in its very meaning is re-creation but at the same time it is also restoration. Theoretically reconstruction can be applied to that process or its result when something is re-created in a new form. In corrections unique to TEK^©® you can learn how to handle these problems in the present and the past, what effects have come through the generations that form obstacles for you in your present life – since metabolic and emotional blocks prevent us from being who we really are.

Every function of life can be derived from chemical processes. Those chemical reactions that take place in the cells are called metabolism. Metabolism is of 2 types: anabolic processes, which build, and catabolic processes, which deconstruct the human body on different levels. Catabolic reactions usually give, while anabolic reactions usually require energy. All this is also mirrored in our emotional life.

Metabolism from the perspective of kinesiology is an exchange process that involves the flow of chemical materials, energy and information within the individual or between the individual and their environment.

As part of TEK^©® with the help of Reconstructional Kinesiology Counselling Procedure the following problems can be discovered and solved:

• Where and when the energy system of our body got blocked in our present life or in the generation line. This can be diffused with a special and unique correction based on the theory of the dynamic energy.
• Whether our body image mirrors reality
• Which body part of ours causes the greatest stress for us
• Which food and type of movement is the most suitable for us
• When and how much we should eat in order to mobilise our internal power sources and to reach our ideal body weight.
