The Topic of the training: touch

The course covers a special defusion procedure dealing with the release and treatment of the stress related to touch. Touch is very important for everybody in order to be balanced both physically and emotionally. If there is any stress related to this field of life in us, it can have different consequences: being reserved, the loss of self-esteem, depression, problems in relationships and sexuality.

However, touch is also very important for anyone who would like to work as a counsellor, since we need to touch our client.

It is also very important to touch our children or our partner. It is a serious and most important communication tool between two people – at the same time it is an indispensable factor in our emotional development, too. Unfortunately many of us were deprived of touch during our childhood, therefore the stressful vacuum left behind needs to be treated.

At the same time, you have to be able to accept, not only to give human touch, too. The lack of touch withers you if you are unable to or if it is hard for you to touch and be touched. In this case, we stop the energy flow both toward ourselves and toward the people in our environment.
